HI all.. am using mysql version 4.0 in my windows 98 system. when able to connect and query the db. the problem am facing is, am not able to use the shortcut keys like uparrow, downarrow, to view the previous sql statements i typed in .... i also tried with a seperate BAt file, for this to happen.but still, it doesnt work. but one of our systems is win 2000, there the shortcut keys work vwry well. can any one help me in this regard. | that's not a mySql problem, it's your Win98 which is badly configured. You should activate some "DOSW" option for history recall.
