Turbo Pascal from http://bdn.borland.com/museum You'll need to register (but it's free). This works on all versions but you will need to slow your computer down if you use the crt unit.

everything works on XP XP is just NT 5.1 Delphi worls on NT/Win32 Turbo-Pascal does (DOS-16 bits), be it 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 5.5(OO), 6.0, 7.0 Turbo-Pascal for Windows would work (16 bits) Borland Pascal 7 does (16 bits) only UCSD-Pascal hasn't made its way yet ;-)

You can get a free pascal compiler which is very similar to the Borland one on http://www.freepascal.org If you still want to use your old Borland compiler, you can get a patch which should make it work on: http://www.brain.uni-freiburg.de/~klaus/pascal/runerr200/
