My SQL version 3.23.54, binary , Windows ME If I insert a data using a spanish letter for example "Muñoz" and then when I do a query to see the data entered I see a strange simbol instead of the letter ñ. example: "Mu-+oz". Is there a way to fix MySQL in order to register and print the output in spanish letters? I notice that in Windows 2000 is posible to use spanish letters. |

| when you do the SELECT query, are you in the browser, or in the MySql "DOS" console ? Rule is simple : -don't bother the way MySql internally stores data -write and read using the same tools (browser+PHP script, for example) -everything will be fine. |
