Hello All, I have a project, and the source code is in 'Borland Pascal 7.0'. Now i have to Convert it to 'Delphi 7'. For that i have to analyse the Pascal code and rewrite it to Delphi. Now i have 'Borland Pascal 7.0' compiler, and i want to Bebug the code. When i press the 'Debug' button it is giving 'C:\BP\BIN\tdwin.dll' can't load message. So please inform me how to solve this problem, and some possible information on debugging, since i have never worked on Boraland pascal. Thanks |

| well, it should work (almost) straightforwardly... check all "uses" clauses for hard-coded refernces like 'C:\BP\BIN\tdwin.dll' , check that the "options" file hasn't hard-coded directories (compiler/options/directories I think) like 'C:\BP\BIN' for "search" or "units" then press F9 and come back here with real compiling errors. Good luck. |
