Hello,
I've an old machine (PC AT) and when I press the power-on button, the green "power" LED flashes and that's all : no power goes to the motherboard (or it's fried to bones)

Your guess ? Mobo fried, or PSU dead ?

There is a low buzzing sound from the PSU and that's all to be seen or heard. The fuse inside seems OK (yes, I opened it despite the "no serviceable parts inside" warning ;-)

I guess the PSU is broken, as you don't seem to get any output from it.
I don't know if the "flmash" could be caused by electrostatic discharge just from manipulating the switch. Or if it comes from the capacitors from the PSU (there are always some micro-Farad here and there)

Sorry for being not that specific

I'm looking forward to buying a new one, but it's difficult to find new, and odd to buy used ;-)
