Hello,

If ever you experience the problems above, it's kind-of normal :

Since the 2GB of Corsair RAM had to be returned to the USA (for the price of one 512MB chip in shipping...), we run on a secondary server.

The normal server has an Athlon 64 FX @ 3,2GHz with 2GB RAM and a RAID 0+1 array with a Sandra's Disk Index of 60 000

The secondary server (this one) has an Athlon Thunderbird @ 800MHz with 768 MB of RAM and a single PATA disk with a Disk Index no more than 8 000.

This explains it all. The CPU can't handle all the webserver+DB+others load at all times. Please be patient and retry the operation in case of an error. The machine is stable.

access problems for the past 6 days, sorry about it. Lack of a full-time operator.

failing mobo (msi, new, 1 year old), crashed PATA hard drive (maxtor, new also), lost SATA RAID array contents (Windows doesn't like RAID controllers when CHKDSKing automatically at boot time). data was copied to secondary drives (700 GB)

this is again the slower secondary server.

trying to get an RMA# for the mobo now. MSI not responding.

Almost no data was lost due to our intensive backup strategy
