I want to prevent users from changing the system time by using a policy.

Salut. Je n'en suis pas sûr, mais si tu as le "Group policy editor" tu devrais trouver ton bonheur ;-)

you can probably change these settings by using the
"Group Policy Editor"

Select from the Start-menu "Run" and enter : GPEDIT.MSC

Cherche dans "Administrative Templates", "Control panel" puis "Regional" par exemple.

Attention, cet outil n'est disponible que pour "Windows XP Professional" apparemment.
