| yo ;-) I don't know the "nedstat" counter, but I practiced a lot of others so I've some ideas about the problem. Let's suppose you're using a counter that requires to be visible on each page, under the form of a small image. You can't set display=none on that element if you hide it, you could have problems with its editors the possible approaches are : - use a FRAMESET and in the "zero height" frame, display the elements you don't want to see on the screen ; this is also the place to put the body onunload() action - use an off-boundary visual element (div, p, iframe, whatever) : for instance with position=absolute, top=-500, left=-5000 - use an IFRAME with very small (if not zero) dimensions - use a frameset where the frame where is the button IS visible, but it has no vertical scroller and the button is placed low in it ;-) you can check http://www.rock-paris.org for an explanation : look at the top-right frame 's contents for an explanation regards |
